I turn ideas into products that scale
Product engineer and solutions architect. I enjoy working with passionate people on product strategy, system architecture, and AI.
From racking servers to LLM agents.
SaaS, ETL, Storefronts, ERPs.
Gov, Healthcare, Finance, SaaS.
Hands on, full ownership.
Where I spend my time
I like taming the messy parts of engineering. Working out what the product should be before anyone writes code is the most impactful thing you can do on a project. Most teams skip it, and you can feel it as the tech debt grows.
Product strategy
Before the budget goes into the wrong features, I clarify the business case. A sharp value proposition, clear user journeys, and a tight scope become the requirements before anyone opens an IDE.
System architecture
Clear requirements dictate the tools, not whatever happens to be trending this week. I focus on orchestrating data flows, API boundaries, and complex data structures into a system that is minimal and resilient.
Engineering
AI writes and reviews a lot of code now, but it still lacks judgment. I write detailed specifications, draw strong test boundaries, and establish enterprise grade patterns so the codebase grows predictably.
Production
I own observability, performance, and cost. I set up actionable alerts, trace the pipelines, and build infrastructure that absorbs traffic spikes without inflating cloud bills.
Select work
All work →Took over a stalled healthcare ETL platform, reworked the transformation pipeline around pure functions, and stabilized the Epic import path end to end.
An AI configuration agent that maps solution design documents to Salesforce metadata commands, rebuilt on LangGraph so it executes deterministically behind an analyst confirmation step.
Built the full two-sided pharma talent marketplace end to end: AI voice interviews, Stripe Connect escrow, and an event-driven AWS backend.
Rebuilt a monolithic media feed into an infinite-scroll pipeline with Redis caching and edge rate limiting, shutting down a Twilio SMS toll-fraud attack.
Who I work with
Startups, enterprise teams, and government agencies. My engagements typically involve collaborating directly with CEOs, CTOs, or Product Owners to solve complex technical challenges.
